在進(jìn)行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書,使用前將本品和尿樣恢復(fù)至室溫(20℃~30℃)。
- 撕開鋁箔袋,取出試劑盒,應(yīng)在1小時內(nèi)盡快使用。
- 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上,用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣(約100µL)于加樣孔(S)中。
- 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn),3~5分鐘時直接觀察結(jié)果,10分鐘后判定無效。
