【流感嗜血桿菌相關(guān)知識(shí)】
流感嗜血桿菌分類為兩類,即莢膜菌株及沒有莢膜的菌株。雖然已知莢膜類的乙型流感嗜血桿菌(或是b型流感嗜血桿菌,簡(jiǎn)稱HiB)是毒性的主因之一,但感染流感嗜血桿菌的病因卻仍未*清楚。它們的莢膜能幫助它們抵抗在沒有免疫的寄主體內(nèi)的吞噬作用及不觸發(fā)補(bǔ)體介導(dǎo)的裂解。沒有莢膜的菌株則較少侵略性,但它們能誘發(fā)炎癥而產(chǎn)生其他病癥,如會(huì)厭炎。

其肽聚糖的網(wǎng)狀 結(jié)構(gòu)比革蘭氏性菌致密,染色時(shí)結(jié)晶紫附著后不被酒精脫色故而 呈現(xiàn)紫色,相反,顯微圖像顯微圖像性菌的細(xì)胞壁肽聚糖層薄、 交聯(lián)度差,脂類含量高,所以紫色復(fù)合物被酒精沖掉然后附著了 沙黃的紅色。金黃色葡萄球菌與青霉素的發(fā)現(xiàn)有很大的淵源。當(dāng) 年弗萊明就是在他的金黃色葡萄球菌的培養(yǎng)皿中發(fā)現(xiàn)有些球菌被 殺死了,于是發(fā)現(xiàn)了青霉素。而研究也表明青霉素只對(duì)以金黃色 葡萄球菌為代表的革蘭氏陽性菌作用明顯。這也是由肽聚糖層的 厚度和結(jié)構(gòu)造成的。新出現(xiàn)的耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌,被稱 作超級(jí)細(xì)菌,幾乎能抵抗人類所有的藥物,但是萬古霉素可以對(duì) 付它。典型的金黃色葡萄球菌為球型,直徑0.8μm左右,顯微鏡 下排列成葡萄串狀。金黃色葡萄球菌無芽胞、鞭毛,大多數(shù)無莢 膜,革蘭氏染色陽性。金黃色葡萄球菌營(yíng)養(yǎng)要求不高,在普通培 養(yǎng)基上生長(zhǎng)良好,需氧或兼性厭氧,zui適生長(zhǎng)溫度37°C,zui適金 黃色葡萄球菌普通培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)金黃色葡萄球菌普通培養(yǎng)基培 養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)生長(zhǎng)pH7.4,干燥環(huán)境下可存活數(shù)周。

Staphylococcus aureus is not high in nutrient requirement, and it grows well on ordinary media, and is aerobic or facultatively anaerobic. The optimum growth temperature is 37° C., and the optimum culture medium for Staphylococcus aureus is the culture characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus. The base culture features a growth pH of 7.4 and can survive for several weeks in a dry environment.
