家鄉(xiāng)的赤泥崗
家鄉(xiāng)地處偏僻的赤泥嶺,田地少得可憐。過去山崗上亂石重疊,荊棘叢生,水溝里的吸血螞蝗又軟又滑,叫人望而生畏,因此“泥地佬”成了家鄉(xiāng)人貧窮屈辱的代名詞。然而,這里的山山水水是我童年的樂園:山崗上有野石榴、野葡萄、“飯團(tuán)籽”、“老鼠齒”、山稔子……還有很多說不出名的野果,甜酸苦辣,取之不盡,更有趣的是找鷓鴣蛋、燒蜂窩。吃蜂蛹就得講究方法了,還得有點(diǎn)勇敢的精神。而山腳下水溝里的田蟹、田螺、魚蝦便是我們的家常便菜。
一年冬天,推土機(jī)在赤泥嶺上“噠噠”地響了個把月,當(dāng)我跑到那里一看,傷心極了——山崗上的亂石被推平了,我的“百果園”被摧毀了,鷓鴣也被嚇跑了。天啊,父親竟也在那群人里頭。
幾年后,原本石頭比泥土還要多的赤泥嶺竟然變成一汪蔗海,郁郁蔥蔥。涼風(fēng)吹來,綠浪翻涌,象向辛勤勞動的人們點(diǎn)頭致意。還有一大片的果林,果實累累,果香沁人。昔日那些令人討厭的亂石被切成石磚,砸為碎石,黑黝黝的,*地流向四面八方,滾滾的財源不斷流進(jìn)千家萬戶,“赤泥嶺”變成了“聚寶盤”。
過去的崎嶇小路變成了寬敞的大道,低矮的茅房被嶄新的樓宇代替,世代沒有的教學(xué)大樓拔地而起……家鄉(xiāng)是鑲嵌在這塊土地上一顆璀璨的明珠。我也再不當(dāng)初那些把赤泥嶺弄得翻天覆地的墾荒者,看到他們油然而生敬意。
如今,“泥地佬”聽起來不再刺耳,我為做一個“泥地佬”而驕傲。我的夢魂常牽繞著家鄉(xiāng)那一片赤泥嶺……
